Born and raised in the High Desert of Southern California, Chris grew up riding the bus to Bible Baptist Church in Victorville, California.

God called Chris to preach under Dr. Larry Clayton when he was a young adult. Later, he followed God’s leading to Golden State Baptist College where he met his wife, Lauren, and graduated with his Bachelors of Ministry in 2018

In 2019, the Lord moved Chris to Prairie Baptist Church in Scotts, Michigan under Pastor Tom Harrison where he taugh 7th - 12th grade at the Christian school and later, became their youth pastor in 2020.

Chris married Lauren in June of 2020. At a Missions Conference in 2025, Chris was burdened even more for the next generation of Christians and for the state of our great nation. Later that month, he felt the Lord calling him into Evangelism.

The Lunas have been faithfully serving at Prairie in various ministries. They have two precious children, Jack (3) and Macy (1).
